Eddlewood Youth Project

Eddlewood Youth Project is run entirely by volunteer Youth Workers Annette, Anne, Anne Theresa, Alexa Jane, Danielle, Biff and Mary Rose. It runs every Thursday night in St Elizabeth's primary school.

The project was established due to a young person, Claire Kelly, writing a letter to Gordon Brown, Prime Minister, saying that she and the young people in the area did not have a youth club in their area, then being passed onto the Scottish Government and then Regen:fx.

Regen:fx have managed to help and support them in achieving their goal. They have managed to successfully attract funding, community support and premises to run their Youth project.

Due to the young people's and volunteers outstanding commitment they have established a youth project that is held every Thursday for young people aged 5-14 years in the Eddlewood area.
